城市作为人口主要的聚集地之一,是人类表现群居生活高级化的主要形式,也是构成人类文明的一个重要部分。海绵城市理论是一种针对城市雨洪管理提出的新型理念,对改善城市水资源情况以及城市发展都发挥着重要作用。为此,论文针对应用海绵城市理论对城市进行规划建设的实践应用进行简单分析,以期为城市的发展提供帮助。

As one of the most important places of population, city is the main form of human beings＇ social life, and it is also an important part of human civilization. Sponge city theory is a new concept for urban stormwater management, which plays an important role in improving urban water resources and urban development. To this end, the paper simply analyzes the application of sponge city theory in urban planning and construction, in order to provide help for the development of the city.
