摘要
玻璃厂镀膜生产线在生产加工的过程中会产生一定的诸如HCL、HF等类型的高温废气。在管道输送过程中,如果废气的温度低于露点温度,或在喷淋处理之前发生冷凝而产生酸性液体物质,会对输送管道产生一定的腐蚀作用,对企业的运行产生一定的制约。论文针对型号为V-605的喷淋冷却器出现的腐蚀形状进行介绍与分析,并针对腐蚀出现的位置与特征提出具体的解决方案,使设备的腐蚀问题得到有效改善,保证生产装置能够正常运行。
Glass coating production line will produce high-temperature exhaust gas such as HCL, HF and other flames in the production.If the exhaust temperature is below the dew point of the waste gas on pipeline, or to produce acidic liquid substances before spraying, which will corrode the pipelines and equipment. Those would severely decrease the production efficiency. This paper introduces and analyzes the corrosion shape of V-605 spray cooler, and puts forward specific solutions for the position and characteristics of corrosion, the corrosion problem of equipment are improved effectively, to ensure production equipment can be run in good order.
