摘要
利用天然砂和铁尾矿砂混合成符合级配要求的混合砂,作为细骨料,5~20mm山碎石作为粗骨料,再以P·O42.5水泥、S95矿粉和Ⅰ级粉煤灰,以及硅灰作为4组分胶凝材料,并专门调制高性能聚羧酸减水剂,最终配制成性能良好(出机扩展度720mm×720mm,T50为4s,V漏斗10s;混凝土静置1h,扩展度710mm×710mm,T50为5s,V漏斗12s),并且强度满足试配设计要求(28d强度85MPa);并且在国家智能电网科技研发交流中心工程得到应用,混凝土可顺利流过密集的钢筋。混凝土拆模后可达到较好的观感,50d回弹推定值75.6AMPa。
Using natural sand and iron tailing sand make the mixed sand meeting the requirements of grading, paper takes this kind of sand as the fine aggregate, 5-20mm mountain gravel as coarse aggregate, using P. O 42.5 cement, S95 mineral powder and class I fly ash, silica fume as well as the four components of ccmantitious materials, and specially concocts high performance polycarhoxylate superplasticizer, finally formulas good performance concrete, concrete's out-machine expansion degree is 720mmx720mm, TS0 is 4s, V type funnel is 10s;after 1 hour standing, concrete's expansion degree is 710min×710mm, TS0 is 5s, V type funnel is 12s, and its strengthan meet the design requirement, the 28 days strengthen is greater or equal to 85 MPa, and this concrete is applied in national R & D and communication center of smart grid, it can smoothly pass the intensive reinfurcement, and the concrete after stripping can achieve better look, after 50 days, its strengthen rebounds to 75.6AMPa.
