PPP项目模式在水利、交通、环境保护等方面的利用价值较高,能促进改革、提高风险的防范能力,对战略发展具有重要的意义。论文阐述了我国PPP项目模式的发展形势以及专业咨询机构对PPP项目的顺利开展的作用。
PPP project mode has high using value in water conservancy, transportation, environmental protection and other aspects. It can promote the reform and improve the ability to guard against risks, which is of great significance to the strategic development. This paper expounds the development situation of PPP project model in China and the role of professional consulting organization in the smooth development ofPPP proj ect.
