改革开放以来,伴随着经济的快速发展和城市化进程的加快,建筑行业迎来了一个良好的发展机会和广阔的发展空间。建筑施工管理是整个建筑工程中非常重要的一环,对工程的整体质量和安全有着直接性的影响。论文阐述了创新建筑施工的管理模式,分析了基于绿色施工管理理念下进行建筑施工创新的意义,找出其中存在的一些问题,针对这些问题提出了一些可供改善的建议和措施。

Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization process, the construction industry ushered in a good opportunity for development and broad space for development. Construction management is a very important part in the whole construction project, which has a direct impact on the overall quality and safety of the project. This paper expounds the innovation of construction management mode, analyzes the significance of construction innovative under the concept of green construction management, finds out some problems, aiming at these problems and puts forward some suggestions and measures for improvement.
