现阶段,我国在建筑工程施工项目数量增多,而施工质量受到外界因素的影响,为工程整体的经济管理工作带来了管理风险,对工程的效益成果形成负面影响。论文就工程管理风险的分析及防范措施进行了探讨与研究。

At present, the number of construction projects in China is increasing, the construction quality is affected by external factors, it brings the management risk for engineering overall economic management, and brings a negative impact on the results of engineering. In this paper, the risk analysis and prevention measures of engineering management are discussed and studied.
