男性相关参数与精子顶体酶活性关系分析

目的本研究旨在探讨男性相关参数对精子顶体酶活性的影响。方法首先，比较不同年龄组的精子顶体酶活性。其次，比较不同活力的精子对顶体酶活性的影响。之后，比较不同形态的精子的顶体酶活性。最后利用ANOVA对各纽数据进行统计分析。结果不同年龄组的顶体酶活性差异不显著（P〉0．05）。PR〈10组与10〈PR〈32组、精液检查正常组的顶体酶活性差异显著（P〈0．05），10〈PR〈32组、精液检查正常组差异不显著（P〉0．05）。形态〈4％组与4％～15％组、〉15％三组顶体酶活性差异显著（P〈0．05），4％-15％、〉15％两组差异不显著（P〉0．05）。结论年龄对精子顶体酶活性影响较小，而精子活力和精子形态对顶体酶活性呈现正相关。

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of male related parameters on crosin activity. Methods First of all, the crosin activity of sperm in different age groups was compared. Secondly, the effect of sperm with different vigors on crosin activity was compared. Then, the crosin activity of sperm in different forms was compared. Finally, the data of each group were statistically analyzed by ANOVA. Results There was no significant difference in crosin activity among different age groups （ P〉0.05 ） .There were significant differences in crosin activity between PR〈10 group and 10〈PR〈32 group or normal group （P〈0.05） .But the group of 10〈PR〈32 and the normal group, there was no significant difference （P〉0.05） . There was significant difference in crosin activity between morphological 4% groups and the group of 4%-15% or 15% （P〈0.05） , then, the difference between 4%~15% and 15% was not significant （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion There is few effect on crosin activity with different age, but sperm motility and sperm morphology have positive correlation with crosin activity.
