下肢被动运动联合医用弹力绷带在老年截石位手术中的应用

目的探讨下肢被动运动＋医用弹力绷带在老年截石位手术中的应用价值。方法纳入老年截石位手术患者102例，随机将其分成对照组、观察组各51例。对照组予以常规干预，观察组于麻醉后加用弹力绷带，并在术后进行下肢被动训练，比较两组术后放平下肢前（T1）、放平下肢时（T2）、放平下肢lmin（T3）、放平下肢5min（T4）的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）以及平均动脉压（MAP）、心率（HIK）变化情况，并分析术后并发症发生率。结果观察组T3、T4时段的DBP、SBP、MAP均高于同时段对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为1．96％，低于对照组的17．65％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论下肢被动运动联合医用弹力绷带能纠正老年截石位手术患者的血压、平均动脉压水平，减少术后并发症的发生，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application value of lower limb passive movement and medical elastic bandage in the elderly lithotomy position operation. Methods 102 patients were admitted into our hospital and divided into control group and observation group of 51 patients in each group. In the control group, routine intervention was performed, and the observation group was given a elastic bandage after anesthesia. After surgery, passive training was performed.The two groups of postoperative flat before the lower limbs （T1） , flat lower extremities （T2） , 1 min flat lower extremities （ T3 ） , flat lower limb 5 min （ T4 ） , systolic blood pressure （ SBP ） , diastolic blood pressure （ DBP ） and mean arterial pressure （ MAP ） , heart rate （ HR ） were compared and the postoperative complications were analyzed. Results In the observation group, DBP, SBP and MAP in T3 and T4 were both higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05） .The incidence of complications was 1.96%, compared with 17.65% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The combination of the lower extremity passive motion and the combined medical elastic bandage can correct the blood pressure and average arterial pressure level of the patients in the aged patients, and reduce the postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
