FTS理念在高龄人工髋关节置换患者围术期的应用

目的探讨快速康复外科（FTS）理念在高龄人工髋关节置换患者围术期的应用，提高高龄患者关节置换后的疗效，减少术后并发症的发生。方法回顾性总结2016年6月＆2017年5月收治的77例≥80岁人工髋关节置换患者的临床资料。结果本组77例患者均康复出院，平均住院日期10．5d，出院后随访3~12个月，1例发生股骨头脱位，再次入院治疗后康复出院，其余均无手术并发症发生，活动恢复至骨折前状态。结论FTS理念应用于人工髋关节置换高龄患者围术期的护理，减少了术后并发症的发生，加快了患者机体的康复，提高了患者治疗的效果．

Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying the principle of Fast-Track Surgery （ FTS ） to the aged patients undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty （ THA ） surgery in the perioperative period for improving the curative effect and reducing the postoperative complications. Methods To make a retrospective sunmaary and analysis on the clinical TFIA materials in 77 aged patients （ ≥80y ） from 2016Jun to 2017 May. Results All 77 patients recovered. Mean hospitalization time was 10.5d. After follow-up of 3 to 12m, all patients recovered without complications and went back to normal, except 1 patient with dislocation leading to rehospitafization. C0nelusion Applying the principle of FTS to the aged patients undergoing THA surgery in the perioperative period can improve the curative effect, speeding up patients with recovery and reduce the postoperative complications.
