姜黄素改善db/db小鼠肝脏脂肪变性

Effect of curcumin on hepatic steatosis in db/db mice

目的研究姜黄素对db/db小鼠的脏脂肪变性的影响。方法 db/db小鼠随机分为糖尿病模型组和姜黄素治疗组,用db/m小鼠作为正常对照组,治疗组用姜黄素以5 mg/kg剂量治疗8周后,检测小鼠的生化指标,进行HE染色观察小鼠肝脏组织病理形态,油红染色检查肝脏组织脂肪变性情况。结果模型组较正常对照组小鼠的体重、血糖、血脂均明显升高(P<0.05),肝脏脂肪变性显著。与模型组相比,治疗组小鼠的血脂、体重明显下降(P<0.05),血糖虽有所下降但差异不显著,肝脏脂肪变性有所改善。结论姜黄素可有效改善db/db小鼠肝脏脂肪变性,同时也为临床治疗糖尿病提供途径和思路。

Objective To study the effect of curcumin on hepatic steatosis in db/db mice. Methods db/db mice were random- ly divided into diabetic model group and curcumin treatment group. Db/m mice were used as normal control group. After treated with eureumin at 5 mg/kg for 8 weeks, the biochemical HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of liver tissue in mice, and the improvement of fat and lipid in liver tissue was improved by oil red staining. Results The body weight, blood glucose and blood lip- id of the model group were significantly higher than those of the normal control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the fatty degeneration of the liver was significant. Compared with the model group, the blood lipid and body weight of the treated group were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05）. Although the blood glucose decreased but the difference was not significant, the hepatic steatosis was improved. Conclusion Cureumin can effectively improve hepatic steatosis in db/db mice, and also provide the way and ideas for clinical treatment of diabetes mellitus.
