常规超声联合钼靶X线对乳腺癌早期的诊断价值

Clinical value of conventional ultrasonography combined with mammography X-ray in the early diagnosis of breast cancer

目的研究和探讨常规超声联合钼靶X线对乳腺癌早期的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2017年1月进入我院治疗的45例乳腺肿瘤患者,对所有患者开展常规超声以及钼靶X线检查,记录比较两种方式单独检查以及联合两种方式检查的特异性、敏感性、准确性以及诊断符合率。结果常规超声联合钼靶X线检查乳腺癌诊断特异性、敏感性、准确性均明显高于常规超声或钼靶X线单独检查(P<0.05);常规超声诊断符合率为72.73%,钼靶X线诊断符合率为75.76%,常规超声联合钼靶X线诊断符合率为96.97%,联合检查诊断符合率显著高于常规超声或钼靶X线单独检查(P<0.05)。结论常规超声和钼靶X线在乳腺癌的早期诊断中各有优势,联合应用能够明显提高乳腺癌早期诊断的准确性,应推广于临床。

Objective To explore the clinical value of conventional ultrasonography combined with mammography X - ray in the early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 45 cases of breast tumor pathologically confirmed in our hospital from January 2015 to Jan- uary 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, all patients were given conventional ultrasonography and mammography X -ray examination. The specificity, sensitivity, accuracy and diagnosis accordance rate were recorded and compared. Results The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of conventional ultrasonography combined with mammography X - ray in the early diagnosis of breast cancer were signifi- cantly higher than those of conventional uhrasonography or mammography X - ray individual examination （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The diagnosis accordance rate of conventional ultrasonography was 72.73% , the diagnosis accordance rate of mammography X - ray was 75.76% , the diagnosis accordance rate of conventional uhrasonography combined with mammography X - ray was 96.97% , the diagnosis accord- ance rate of conventional ultrasonography combined with mammography X - ray was significantly higher than that of conventional ultra- sonography or mamrnography X - ray individual examination （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Conventional ultrasonography and mammogra- phy X - ray both have own advantages, and combined examination can improve the accuracy of the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
