摘要
本文探究封闭小区开放对周边道路交通的影响.宏观上利用道路饱和度,微观上利用路网车辆运行平均速度为判断指标构建评价模型.仿真后分析得到:道路分流不必然减少小区周边道路通行压力,结论满足布雷斯悖论.利用BPR函数优化布雷斯悖论模型,分析小区开放的合理性范围得到:应选择周边道路规模小的小区开放;适当考虑路网密度增加,考虑小区道路选择性开放.
We explore the impact of the opening of a residential area to its surrounding traffics. A traffic capacity assessment model is constructed by using macroscopically the traffic saturation, and microscopically the average speed of vehicles in the traffic network. VISSIM traffic simulation suggests that the traffic diversion do not always reduce the pressure of surrounding traffics, which satisfies the Braess paradox. Optimizing the Braess paradox model with BPR function suggests that it is rational to open a residential ar- ea with small scale of surrounding traffics, to increase appropriately the density of traffic network, and to open selectively some district roads.
