温度和pH双重敏感超支化聚醚胺的合成及在水溶液中的自组装

摘要 通过四官能度单体1,8-对孟二胺与二官能度单体聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚的亲核加成/开环反应,设计合成具有温度/pH双重敏感性的超支化聚醚胺,并采用红外光谱对超支化聚醚胺进行表征。探讨了所合成的一系列超支化聚醚胺的浊点与其分子结构中n(PO)/n(EO)比值的关系;此外,考察了在不同pH环境下,超支化聚醚胺浊点的变化。结果表明,超支化聚醚胺的浊点与分子中n(PO)/n(EO)的比值呈线性关系(y=-4.22x+50.36),浊点随pH的升高而降低。动态光散射和透射电镜分析表明超支化聚醚胺在室温时以纳米胶束形式均匀分散在溶液中,温度升高,胶束粒径增大至微米级,并发生相分离。 A series of hyper-branched poly(ether amine)(HPEA) were successfully synthesized by nucleophilic addition/ring-opening of PEO-DE,PPO-DE and p-menthane-1,8-diamine,of which aggregation is controlled by temperature and pH.And the structure of HPEA was characterized by FT-IR and1 H-NMR.The obtained statistics of tunable cloud point(CP) presents a linear relationship to the n(PO)/n(EO) content(y=-4.22x+50.36) and decreases with increase of the pH value.The self-assemble behavior of HPEAs are well revealed by dynamic light scatting(DLS)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The HPEA disperses completely as nanoparticles in pH solutions at room temperature( CP),and can sharply aggregate into micro-micelles at a higher temperature( CP).
