超支化聚己内酯对环氧树脂的增韧作用 被引量:6

摘要 采用一步法制备了支化度为0.6的超支化聚己内酯(HPCL),并将其作为增韧剂用于环氧树脂(EP)中。实验结果表明,HPCL的加入对EP的冲击强度、拉伸性能、弯曲强度等均有改善作用。当HPCL加入量为3%(质量分数)时,EP/HPCL样品的断裂伸长率可达10.19%,冲击强度可达21.99 kJ/m^2,比纯EP分别提高了36%和102%。样品的红外光谱分析表明HPCL对于EP仅提供柔性的聚酯链段而不与环氧基团反应;扫描电镜图像显示HPCL质量分数不大于3%时与EP相容性较好;综合热分析仪的曲线表明加入HPCL后,EP/HPCL样品的玻璃化转变温度略有下降,而热稳定性则保持不变。 The hyperbranched poly caprolactone(HPCL) was prepared by one step method and its branching degree is 0.6.As the toughening agent HPCL was added in epoxy resin(EP) and the experiment results indicate that the impact strength,tensile and flexural strength of EP are greatly improved with the HPCL addition.The maximum elongation at break of EP/HPCL is 10.19% and the impact strength is 21.99 kJ/m^2 with the HPCL content of 3%,compared with EP the elongation at break and impact strength are improved 36% and 102% respectively.The FT-IR analysis shows that HPCL does not react with epoxy groups and it only provides flexible polyester segments for EP.The images of SEM show HPCL is compatible with EP when the content of HPCL is less than 3%.TG-DSC data indicates that the glass transition temperature of EP/HPCL decreases about 12~15 ℃ and the thermal stability is not changed.
