摘要
通过在硅橡胶加成聚合体系中引入稀释剂,利用悬浮聚合一步法制备硅橡胶微球。利用红外光谱、接触角、热重分析、扫描电子显微镜、雾度/透光率测试对硅橡胶微球及其聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)复合材料的结构及性能进行研究和表征。结果表明,硅橡胶微球具有与硅橡胶一样的耐热性,其粒径主要分布在1~4μm之间,且硅橡胶微球表面具有粗糙结构。将硅橡胶微球加入到PMMA中,实验结果表明,硅橡胶微球用量为1%时,PMMA雾度从2.54%提升至92.34%,而透光率仅从90.40%降至84.47%。
In this paper,the silicone rubber microspheres were prepared by one-step suspension polymerization by introducing diluent into the silicone rubber addition polymerization system.The structure and properties of silicone rubber microspheres and PMMA composites were characterized by FT-IR,WCA,TGA,SEM and haze/transmittance measurements.The results show that silicone rubber microspheres have the same heat resistance as silicone rubber,and the size of the microspheres is mainly between 1~4 μm,while the surface of the silicone rubber microspheres is rough.The experiment results show that when the amount of the silicone rubber microspheres is 1%,the haze of PMMA is greatly improved from 2.54% to 92.34%,but the transmittance of PMMA is only slightly reduced from 90.40% to 84.47%.
