目前,VoLTE用户投诉出现过单通、断续、音质等问题,严重影响用户的高清语音体验。VoLTE网络涉及网元众多,厂家众多,场景复杂,语音质量问题归属困难。文章针对VoLTE端到端语音质量存在的问题,基于华为端到端信令分析平台SEQ,针对多网元的信令面数据进行相关性分析及聚类分析,通过一系列数据挖掘,建立了快速有效的端到端质量评估及优化体系,确保快速有效地定位网络中存在问题。

At present, VoLTE users have complained of silence call, intermittent, poor in voice of quality and other issues, a serious impact on the user＇s HD voice experience. The VoLTE network involves a large number of network elements, a large number of manufacturers, the scene is so complex, the voice quality problem is difficult to locate. Aiming at the VoLTE end to end voice quality probtems exist, based on Huawei end-to-end signaling analysis platform SEQ, analyzes the correlation and clustering for signaling network data, through a series of data mining, a rapid and effective end-to-end quality assessment and optimization system to ensure fast and effective positioning network problems.
