摘要
促进公平是我国新一轮高考改革的重要价值取向。高考政策的公平性是我国学术界与社会舆论持续关注的热点问题,近年来的相关文献数量日趋增加。区域公平与考试公平、考试内容的科学与公平等问题是理论关注的焦点,但也不断涌现出异地高考等新问题。研究者开始重视对高考政策公平性的实证研究,但研究数量还较少,研究方法有待规范,尤其缺乏对新一轮高考改革的追踪研究。公共政策分析作为一种新的研究视角备受推崇,高考公平性政策的制定、执行和评估过程都进入研究者的视野。
Promoting fairness is an important value orientation of the new round of college entrance examination reform in China. The fairness of the college entrance examination policy is a hot issue in the academic circles and social public opinion in the past forty years. Regional equity and fair examination,the scientific nature and the fairness of examination is the focus of the theory, but also the emergence of new problems such as college matriculation policy for migrant children. Researchers began to pay attention to empirical research,but the number of research is still less,the research methods to be standardized,especially the lack of tracking the new college entrance examination reform. As a new research perspective,public policy analysis has been highly praised, and the formulation,implementation and evaluation of the fairness policy of the college entrance examination have entered the field of vision of the researchers.
