银行系统大数据共享隐私保护问题研究

在大数据时代,企业实现数据共享,可以减少数据采集、资料收集等重复劳动和相应费用。但在共享并使用数据的道路上,我们必须面对的一个问题是数据隐私,它已成为制约大数据共享进一步发展的最大障碍。在银行系统中,由于各银行考虑到客户及企业隐私,各银行间并不进行数据共享,这导致一些通过数据共享可以非常简单的业务操作也要消耗大量的人力物力来解决。文章提出的隐私保护实体匹配技术在保证个人和企业隐私的前提下,解决了上述问题,阐述了隐私保护实体匹配技术的概念,并提出了两个针对银行系统具体问题的解决框架。

In the era of big data, the enterprise to realize data sharing, can reduce the repetition labor such as data acquisition, data collection and corresponding costs. But on the way to share and use the data, we have to face a problem is data privacy, it has become the biggest obstacle to the further development of limited data sharing. In the banking system, the banks take into account the customers and business privacy, not for data sharing between banks, resulting in some through data sharing can be a very simple business operations also consumes a lot of manpower material resources to solve. In this paper, the privacy protection record linkage technology under the premise that ensure the privacy of individuals and businesses, to solve the above problems. This paper elaborates on the concept of privacy protection entities matching technology and puts forward two specific framework to resolve the problem on bank system.
