随着国家公共图书馆评级评估活动的开展,各地陆续上马了各种地方特色资源数据库的建设项目。由于项目建设之前缺乏充分的调研,项目建设之后又缺少专业的运营推广团队,于是大量的项目都逃不过尘封的命运。文章从构建三层七类十八张名片的特色文化保护体系角度,探析如何构建城市印象公共服务平台。

With the development of the rating assessment activities of the national public libraries, various local resources database construction projects have been mounted in succession. Due to the lack of sufficient research before the construction of the project, there is no professional operation and promotion team after the project construction, so a lot of projects can not escape the dusty fate. This paper discusses how to build a public service platform for urban impression from the angle of building the characteristic culture protection system of three layers and seven types of business cards.
