创新创业财务管理人才培养实验研究——以北京宣武红旗业余大学为例

"互联网+"时代,科技进步日新月异,国际竞争日趋激烈,大众创业、万众创新成为发展社会与稳定经济的根本动力。创新创业的实施与深化,为财务及管理等行业带来很多机遇,也为财务管理人才培养带来重大而深刻的影响。文章就成人高校财务管理课程探讨创新创业教育的实践,并通过实践提出财务管理人才培养的新体系。

In the time of Internet Plus, science and technology are developing rapidly, and international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Mass innovation and entrepreneurship have become the fundamental driving force for social development and economic stability. The implementation and deepening of mass innovation and entrepreneurship not only bring many opportunities for such industries as finance and management, but also significant and profound impact on the training of financial management talents. This paper explores the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the financial management courses in adult colleges, and puts forward a new system for training financial management professionals.
