摘要
在高等教育体制改革逐渐深化、办好开放大学的背景下,成人高校发展迎来了新的机遇与挑战。对于成人高校来说,建立科学、合理的成人高校教师绩效考核体系,客观、准确地对教师业绩做出评价,对提升成人高校教师队伍的教学科研水平、促进成人高校整体建设、增强学校核心竞争力具有重要意义。文章主要通过调研分析,归纳出成人高校教师绩效考核的现状,并分析其产生的原因,为进一步改进和完善教师绩效考核,切实提高教师队伍建设,提升教师业务水平,促进学校全面工作开展,提出相应的建议。
In the context of gradual reform of higher education system and the determination to run well open universities, adult colleges are confronted with new opportunities and challenges. For adult colleges, it is of vital importance to establish a scientific and rational performance evaluation system, to assess teachers' performance objectively and accurately, to upgrade teachers' level of educational and scientific research, to promote overall construction and enhance core competitiveness. This paper, through research analysis, summarizes the status quo of teachers' performance evaluation and analyzes the reasons. To perfect teachers' performance evaluation, improve overall quality of teachers and guarantee the smoothness of school work the paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
