An Applied Research on Establishing Harmonious Relationship Between Teachers and Students in Adult Colleges Based on Teacher Effectiveness Training Model

摘要 目前,我国的成人教育师生关系处于准陌生化状态,面临困境。T.E.T.教师效能训练以杜威教育学和人本主义心理学为基础,没有年龄限制,包括"两个原则,五大技巧"。两个原则是:行为窗口原则和问题归属原则;五大技巧是对应于问题提出的相应的解决技巧,彰显平等、尊重、信任、民主的理念,为当前构建成人高校和谐师生关系提供了重要的具体可执行的参考与操作。 At present, the relationship between teachers and students is in a quasi-unfamiliar state in China'saduh education and confronted with challenge. Teacher effectiveness training (T.E.T.) is based on Dewey's education concept and humanistic psychology. T.E.T. has no age limit and consists of two principles and five techniques. Two principles refer to window behavior and problemattribution. Five techniques refer tothe corresponding skills which are used to resolve problems. They highlight the concepts of equality, respect, trust and democracyandprovide reference and guidance for constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship in adult colleges.
