培元通滞法治疗双心疾病探讨

Discussion of TCM Peiyuan Tongzhi Method in Treatment of Heart and Mental Disease

双心疾病病位在心,与肝、肾、脾等脏关系密切,其性虚实相杂,本虚标实。心之气、血、津液、阴、阳亏损(虚气)使心失所养;肝气郁结、心血瘀阻、痰火扰心、痰湿阻络(留滞)致使心脉闭阻,虚气与留滞互为因果而致病,其根本病机可概括为"虚气留滞"。故临床上应遵循"培元补虚,开郁通滞"的原则,以培元益气固本为先,活血化痰畅气机为要,同时灵活变通,不可拘泥。

Heart and mental disease,which has a close relationship with Liver,Kidney,and Spleen,usually take place in human heart. The character of the illness is the mixing of innate deficiency and outside excess syndrome. The Qi,Blood,Body fluid,Yin and Yang loss of one＇s heart lead to the deficiency of Heart,Liver Qi stagnation,Heart Blood stasis,Phlegm and Fire disturbance and Phlegm obstruction,all of which would result in the block in Heart meridian. Both the deficiency and the excess within human body cause the disease. Therefore,we should apply the method of ＂ Peiyuan Buxu and Kaiyu Tongzhi＂ in clinical practice,to tonify Qi,promote Blood and Qi circulation in treatment of the disease.
