阳痿肝郁证现代文献分析

Modern Literature Classification and Analysis of Treatment of Liver Depression Impotence Syndrome

目的:分析阳痿肝郁证相关文献的中医辨证论治现状,为规范化诊疗提供循证医学依据。方法:应用循证医学方法,检索中国知网1979—2015年阳痿肝郁证中医辨治的相关文献,并进行分级和分析。结果:检索到符合标准的文献11篇,按照《中医文献依据分级标准》进行分级,最后获得Ⅰ级文献1篇,Ⅱ级文献4篇,Ⅲ级文献1篇,Ⅴ级文献5篇。入选文献证候名称较混乱,单一证候较少,多合并兼证,其中肝郁肾虚证出现频率最高,占50.0%,治法以疏肝解郁为主。结论:关于阳痿肝郁证中医辨证论治的文献较多,但大多是中医理论的阐述,病例报道相对较少,导致文献评级普遍较低,高级别文献很少,应增加临床报道,以便为下一步研究提供基础。

Objective： To study the current situation of treatment of liver depression impotence with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and to provide evidence-based basis by literature analysis. Methods： By evidence-based medicine methods,retrieved literature on treatment of liver depression impotence with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment that dated from 1979 to 2015 CNKI and analyzed them. Results： Eleven articles met the inclusion criteria and were classified by the classification standard. The names of syndromes were confusing and often appeared with other syndromes. Liver depression and kidney deficiency syndrome appeared the most often（ 50. 0%）,the dominating therapeutic principle was nourishing-kidney and resolving-depression. Conclusion： The quantity of literature on liver depression impotence is large,but most of them are the elaboration of the theory of TCM,relatively few cases have been reported,resulting in literature rating is generally low. Increase the case reports,so as to provide foundation for further study.
