摘要
利用EBSD等,研究了温度和变形量对高级别煤矿巷道锚杆钢的晶粒尺寸及晶界角度的影响。结果表明:随着变形量的增大,晶粒趋于均匀;小变形条件下(约20%),850℃变形更易于获得更多的大角度晶界;40%以上大变形条件下(40%~60%),900℃更易于获得更多的大角度晶界;提高大角度晶界比率有利于提高高强度煤矿巷道锚杆钢的冲击性能。
Influence of grain size and grain boundary angle on different temperature and deformation parameters for high level coal mine tunnel anchor steel was analyzed though EBSD method. The results show that with increase of deformation temperature,the grain size tends to be fine and homogeneous. In condition of small deformation( about 20%),high-angle boundary is acquired at the temperature 850 ℃,and also,high-angle boundary is acquired at 900 ℃ under the condition of large deformation above 40%( 40%-60%). The high level rate of boundary angle is beneficial to the impact property of coal mine tunnel anchor steel.
