摘要 针对生产中2A14铝合金锻环径向力学性能不稳定和伸长率不合格的现象,研究了锻造工艺、淬火水温及时效工艺对2A14铝合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,锻造工序增加X向和Y向两次径向变形,锻环的热处理后性能改善,尤其径向伸长率大幅度提高,不同方向的差距显著减小。在20~30℃的水温下淬火,合金性能稳定且具有最佳径向伸长率。在160℃和165℃温度下分别时效5~7 h和4~6 h,锻环力学性能均符合要求。固溶和人工时效之间的停放时间应避开3~40 h的时间区间。 In order to solve the problems such as unstable properties and lower elongation in radial direction,the effects of forging process,quenching water temperature and aging process on mechanical properties of 2 A14 aluminum alloy forged rings were studied. The results show that through adding the X and Y radial deformation processes,the mechanical properties of the forged rings are improved,especially the difference among the elongation in different directions reduces due to significant increase of the elongation in radial direction. Quenched with20-30 ℃ water,the alloy has stable properties and the best elongation in radial direction. After aging at 160 ℃ and 165 ℃ respectively for5-7 h and 4-6 h,the mechanical properties of the forged rings meet the requirements. The solution treated forged rings should avoid keeping in a time period of 3-40 h before artificial aging.
