摘要
为适应我国经济社会发展新常态和新需求,国家测绘地理信息局适时提出了新型基础测绘。"十三五"期间,山东省明确将新型基础测绘作为转型发展的方向,并从数据分类体系、数据分层、数据属性结构、数据基础、矢量元数据、智能化制图等方面开展了探索研究。本文将山东省新型基础测绘地形要素数据的新特点进行了归纳总结,并提出一些有待完善的个人观点,供大家参考。
In order to adapt to the new normal and new demands of economic and social development of China,the national mapping Geographic Information Bureau puts forward a new concept of Surveying and mapping,＂13 th Five-Year＂period,Shandong province will be the new basic surveying and mapping as the direction of development,study is carried out from the data classification system,data layer,data structure,data base,vector metadata,intelligent mapping etc.. This paper summarizes the new features of the relevant data,and puts forward some personal views to be improved,for your reference.
