摘要
以预处理后的工业废渣磷石膏为原料,铁盐和十二烷基盐复配物作晶体调控剂,采用水热法成功制备了硫酸钙晶须,利用SEM和XRD分别对硫酸钙晶须的表面形貌、物相特征进行表征,研究了复配型晶体调控剂种类对硫酸钙晶须特性的影响。结果表明,十二烷基铁盐复配型晶体调控剂能够显著增大硫酸钙晶须的长度和长径比,改善晶须的形貌,调控效果由好到差顺序为:FX-3>FX-2>FX-5>FX-6>FX-4>FX-1,其中FX-3型调控剂制备的晶须生长发育最佳,此时晶须的平均长径比为139.50。
Calcium sulfate whiskers were prepared successfully using pretreated phosphogypsum as raw materials and dodecyl ferric salt as crystal control agents by the hydrothermal method. Then the surface morphologies, characteristic phases were tested via gEM and XRD, respectively. Moreover, the influence of the types of compound crystal control agents on properties of calcium sulfate whiskers were also investigated in this work. The results show that, compound crystal agents are able to dramatically increase the length and aspect ratio of calcium sulfate whiskers and improve its morphologies. The effective order of dodeeyl ferric salt as crystal control agents is FX-3 〉 FX-2 〉 FX-5 〉 FX-6 〉 FX-4 〉 FX-1. In addition, the mean aspect ratio of whiskers is 139.50.
