摘要
利用锂云母提锂渣,研究锂渣作活性掺合料对水泥基彩色装饰砂浆抗泛碱性、力学性能、吸水性和干燥收缩的影响。结果表明,锂渣掺量在20%以内时能够抑制砂浆的泛碱、减小早期收缩值,而对砂浆的力学性能和吸水率影响较小。当锂渣掺量较大(大于30%)时,会使砂浆的泛碱增多、强度下降、吸水量和收缩值增大。
Using lithium slag as an active admixture of decorative mortar, then study the various properties of decorative mortar in different doses of lithium slag, like whiskering, mechanical property, water imbibition and dryifig shrinkage. The results showed that, when the content of lithium slag is below 20%, it can help decorative mortar improve the ability of resisting whiskering and shrinkage in the early, but it will intensify whiskering when the content of lithium slag is more than 30%. With increasing of lithium slag, mechanical property will decrease, water imbibition and shrinkage of motar will increase.
