摘要 目的:探讨分级诊疗模式下互联网技术一体化健康教育在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:将我院心血管内科收治的500例高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表的方法分为实验组和对照组各250例,对照组采取常规健康教育,实验组在此基础上应用互联网技术实施一体化健康教育。比较两组对疾病认知程度、自我管理行为、血压控制情况、生活质量。结果:干预后,实验组自我管理行为、对疾病认知程度、血压控制情况、生活质量评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压患者在分级诊疗模式下实施互联网技术一体化健康教育,可有助于稳定患者血压,提高其对疾病的正确认知和生活质量。 Objective: To explore the application effects of Internet technology integrated with health education in hypertensive patients under the hierarchical medical system. Methods: A total of 500 hypertensive patients in cardiovascular department of our hospital as the research object,according to the random number table method,were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 250 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education,while the experimental group received the Internet technology integrated health education based on the routine health education. The degree of self-cognition,self-management behaviors,the control conditions of blood pressure and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: After the intervention,there was a statistically significant difference in self-management behaviors,the degree of cognition of disease,the control conditions of blood pressure and quality of life between the experimental group and the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The implementation of Internet technology integrated with health education in patients with hypertension can help stabilize patients' blood pressure and improve their correct cognition and quality of life.
