“最美”现象对践行社会主义核心价值观引领作用的调查研究——以浙江衢州市为例

Investigation into the Leading Function of “The-Most-Beautiful” Phenomenon on the Construction of Socialism Core Value——Take Quzhou, Zhejiang Province as an Example

衢州市于2011年开始评选"最美衢州人",并积极在市民中开展宣传活动,这次活动引起了较大的社会反响。为了研究"最美"现象对社会主义核心价值观建设的引领作用,笔者在衢州市六个县市区中,以机关、企业、社区、商铺等不同行业为对象,针对衢州市民对社会主义核心价值观和"最美"现象的认知情况、认同程度,从宣传途径和媒介平台,学习方式和个人态度,以及对"最美"工程建设的看法和建议等进行全方位调研,得出"最美"现象对于践行社会主义核心价值观具有积极正面的引领作用,认为宣扬"最美"现象应把握初衷,避免受众审"美"疲劳,可以积极采用新媒体传播媒介和文艺包装等新形式进行创新宣传,并且建立一个完善的监督机制,让"最美"建设工程发挥长效作用。

Since 2011, Quzhou Municipal Government has begun to select the most beautiful Quzhou people and carried out the publicity activities among the citizens, which has aroused huge social responses. In order to study the leading function of ＂The-Most-Beautiful＂ phenomenon on the socialism core value construction, the author has carried out a survey among governments, enterprises, neighborhoods, stores and etc. In the six counties and districts in Quzhou focusing on the civil acknowledgement and acceptance of socialism core-value and ＂The Most Beautiful＂ phenomenon, the survey has been carried out from the publicity channels, media platforms, learning modes, personal attitudes, opinions and suggestions on the construction of ＂The Most Beautiful＂ engineering. It has been found that ＂The Most Beautiful＂ phenomenon plays a positive role in practicing the socialism core values. It has been suggested that advocating ＂The Most Beautiful＂ should keep the reason to start in mind and avoid the tiredness of beauty appreciation. Novel forms such as new media and art packaging can be adopted. Furthermore, a better supervising mechanism can be established so that ＂The Most Beautiful＂ constructive engineering can play a role in the long term.
