摘要
结合建材检测专业教学及科研实验,设计并研制了一种便携式普通混凝土拌合物用砂含泥量测定装置。混凝土拌合物用砂含泥量测定装置通过采用PLC控制器、液位和浊度自动检测装置解决了常规试验操作复杂、测试设备不便于携带、试验数据重复性较差等问题,减少了人为操作误差的影响,也提高了测试数据的准确性。
Combined with the construction materials testing professional experiment teaching and scientific research, aegnlar concrete sand measuring device for a ＂portable clay content was designed and developed, which can reduce the effect of human error and improve the accuracy of test data by adopting the PLC controller, liquid level and turbidity automatic detection devices. In addition, the test device has advantages in operation, portability and stability.
