山苦瓜品种间杂交组合试验与品质分析

Field test and main nutrition analysis of different hybridized combinations of Momordica charantia

为选育与开发山苦瓜的优良品种,对16个杂交组合进行品比试验。结果表明:从各参试组合的生物学特征来看,叶型、果瘤、果色、果型都基本保留父母本的特征,说明父母本的性状在自交提纯后已基本稳定,而且各个杂交组合后代的出苗率也相对较高,说明母本的亲合力较强;从单果重、产量和品质方面综合分析,2号与12号表现较好。

In order to select and develop new varieties and resources of Momordica charantia, the variety compare test of 16 compostions of Momordica charantia was carried out. The biological characters such as leaf shape, fruit tumor, fruit color and fruit type of the tested combinations were the same as the characters of the parents. This indicated that the characters were basically stable after cross purification. The emergence rates was higher than their parents and showed the good affinity of the female parent. Based on comprehensively evaluation with the single fruit weight, yield and quality characters, the No. 2 and No. 12 performed well than the others.
