喷气织造节能辅助喷嘴概念

摘要 喷气织造工艺生产效率高但能耗较高,喷气织机的气动元件被认为是最大的能源消耗部件。亚琛工业大学纺织技术研究所(ITA)开发了一种新型节能辅助喷嘴。这一喷嘴可在较低的气动压强下工作,从而达到减少能源消耗的目的。节能辅助喷嘴的概念是基于计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟而建立的。不同规模的织造试验表明,该喷嘴可有效减少能源消耗,可使能耗降低35%。 The air-jet weaving process is the most productive but also the most energy intensive weaving process.The pneumatic components of the machine were identified as the biggest energy consumer.At the ITA a new relay nozzle concept was developed.The concept works at a lower operating pressure,which leads to a reduction of the energy consumption.The concept was developed based on CFD-simulations.In different weaving trials in industrial scale it was shown that a reduction of the energy consumption is possible.The use of the new nozzles can lead to an energy reduction of 35%.
