摘要
不同温湿度环境下,人体对跑步服舒适性感受不同,同种面料跑步服的舒适性也不同。通过客观和主观评价指标对纬平针面料跑步服舒适性进行分析,并运用模糊综合评价方法对试样的主、客观评价指标进行综合评价。客观评价主要是对服用舒适性测试,包括热阻、透湿率、吸水率、芯吸高度、蒸发率、透气性、静态悬垂系数及抗弯刚度等参数;而主观评价是通过穿着试验在适宜和高湿两种环境下对跑步时人体的闷、热、湿、黏、厚重、柔软6个感觉进行评分。研究表明,单向导湿整理可提高跑步服的服用舒适性,纬平针织物的未充满系数对跑步服服用舒适性有着极其重要的影响;而氨纶的使用使织物紧密、厚度增加,从而影响了跑步服的服用舒适性。
Under different temperature and humidity environment,the human body feels different from the comfort of running clothes,and the comfort of the same fabric running clothes is also different.The comfort of weft knitted fabric is analyzed by objective index and subjective evaluation index.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the subjective and objective evaluation indexes of the samples.The objective evaluation was mainly to take the comfort test,including thermal resistance,moisture permeability,water absorption,wicking height,evaporation rate,permeability,static drape coefficient and bending stiffness.The subjective evaluation was to analyzed the six different senses of stuffiness,heat,humidity,stickiness,heaviness and softeness in the appropriate and high humidity environment when men are running.The results show that the one-way wetting can improve the wearcomfort of the running clothes,and the ratio of stitch length to yarn diameter of the weft knitted fabric has an extremely important influence on the comfort of running clothes.And the use of spandex will increase the densityand thickness of the fabric,which can reduce the comfort of the running clothes.
