舒适护理对肠梗阻保守治疗患者满意度的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comfort Care on Patients' Satisfaction with Conservative Treatment of Intestinal Obstruction

目的:分析舒适护理对肠梗阻保守治疗患者满意度的影响。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年1月肠梗阻保守治疗患者50例为研究对象并随机分两组。普通组25例进行常规护理干预,舒适组25例实施舒适护理干预。观察比较两组患者护理服务的满意度、肠梗阻平均解除时间、恢复肠鸣音的时间、治疗总时间及护理前后患者CRP水平差异、护理前后患者情绪指标评分、生存质量的差异。结果:舒适组患者护理服务满意度高于普通组,比较差异有统计学意义(X^2=6.640,P<0.05);舒适组肠梗阻平均解除时间、恢复肠鸣音的时间、治疗总时间均短于普通组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后舒适组CRP水平低于普通组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组情绪指标评分、生存质量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后舒适组情绪指标评分低于普通组,生存质量评分高于普通组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理对肠梗阻保守治疗患者效果确切,可提升患者护理满意度,改善其不良情绪,改善血清学指标,促进患者症状改善,缩短治疗时间,值得推广。

Objective：To analyze the influence of comfort care on patients＇ satisfaction with conservative treatment of intestinal obstruction.Method：From January 2015 January 2017,50 patients with intestinal obstruction treated in our hospial were selected and randomly divided into two groups.25 patients in the general group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and 25 patients in the comfort group were given comfortable care.The satisfaction of nursing service,the average time to relieve intestinal obstruction,the time to recover bowel sounds,the total time of treatment,the difference of CRP level before and after nursing,the score of emotional index before and after nursing,and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result：The comfort satisfaction of patients in the comfortable group was higher than that of the normal group,the difference was statistically significant（X^2=6.640,P〈0.05）.The comfortable time of relieving the intestinal obstruction,the time of recovering bowel sounds and the total time of treatment were shorter in the comfortable group than those in the normal group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in CRP level between the two groups before nursing（P〈0.05）.The CRP level in the comfortable group after nursing was lower than that in the normal group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in emotional index score and quality of life between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After nursing,the scores of emotional index in comfortable group were lower than those in normal group,and the quality of life scores were higher than those in normal group,there were statistical significances（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comfort care of intestinal obstruction in patients with conservative treatment effect is exact,can improve nursing satisfaction of patients,improve their bad mood,improve the serum indicators,improve patient symptoms,shorten the treatment time,it is worth promoting.
