护理风险管理对冠心病介入治疗患者手术潜在性伤害及满意度的影响

Influence of Nursing Risk Management on Operation Potential Injury and Satisfaction of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Undergoing Interventional Therapy

目的:分析护理风险管理对冠心病介入治疗患者手术潜在性伤害及满意度的影响。方法:选取2015年9月-2016年2月笔者所在医院收治的行冠心病介入治疗患者96例作为研究对象,采用随机信封法将其分为对照组(n=48)和试验组(n=48),给予对照组常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上增加护理风险管理,分析比较两组患者意外事件发生率、并发症发生率、放射曝光时间、手术穿刺时间、总手术时间、护理满意度。结果:试验组意外事件发生率、并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(X^2=7.500、6.918、6.400,P<0.05)。试验组放射曝光时间、手术穿刺时间、总手术时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=22.048、13.272、20.567,P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病手术介入治疗患者临床护理中,实施护理风险管理,既可减少意外事件发生率及并发症发生率,又可改善临床指标,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To analyze the influence of nursing risk management on the potential injury and satisfaction of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy.Method：From September 2015 to February 2016,96 patients with coronary heart disease underwent interventional therapy in our hospital as the research objects,were divided into the control group（n=48） and the experimental group（n=48） by the random envelope method.The control group received routine nursing care,the experimental group increased the nursing risk management on the basis of conventional nursing,the accident rate,complication rate,radiation exposure time,operation time of puncture,the total operative time,nursing satisfaction were compared and analysed between two groups.Result：The accident rate,complication rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（X2=7.500,6.918,6.400,P〈0.05）.The radiation exposure time,operation puncture time and total operation time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（t=22.048,13.272,20.567,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the clinical care of coronary intervention patients,the implementation of nursing risk management can not only reduce the incidence of accidents and the incidence of complications,but also improve clinical indicators,improve nursing satisfaction,and worthy of clinical application.
