60例百草枯中毒救治体会

Experience in Treatment of 60 cases of Paraquat Intoxication

目的:探讨和分析百草枯中毒的临床治疗情况和体会。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年1月-2016年12月收治的60例百草枯中毒患者为研究对象,按照入院抢救时间分为两组,观察组30例患者采用血液灌流联合血必净注射液疗法实施临床救治;对照组30例患者采用血液灌流疗法实施临床救治,对两组患者的临床诊疗结果进行统计和分析。结果:观察组患者7、14、28 d生存率分别为80.00%(24/30)、60.00%(18/30)、26.67%(8/30),对照组患者7、14、28 d生存率分别为53.33%(16/30)、0、0,观察组患者临床治疗效果均明显优于对照组患者,比较差异均有统计学意义(X^2=5.102 4、9.110 7、5.207 1,P<0.05)。结论:采用血液灌流联合血必净注射液疗法对百草枯中毒患者实施临床抢救治疗,能够迅速缓解患者中毒症状,提高临床治疗效果以及预后生存率,具有较高的临床抢救应用价值。

Objective：To investigate and analyze the clinical treatment and experience of paraquat intoxication.Method：From January 2013 to December 2016,60 patients with paraquat intoxication treated in our hospital were selected as the obsjects,and were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.30 patients in the observation group were treated with hemoperfusion combined with Xuebijing injection therapy for clinical treatment,30 patients in the control group were treated with hemoperfusion therapy in clinical treatment.The clinical diagnosis and treatment results of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Result：The survival rates of the observation group were 80.00%,60.00% and 26.67% at 7,14 and 28 days respectively.The survival rates of the control group at 7,14 and 28 days were 53.33%,0 and0 respectively.The clinical treatment efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group patients,the difference was statistically significant（X2=5.102 4,9.110 7,5.207 1,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical application of hemoperfusion combined with Xuebijing injection in patients with paraquat intoxication can rapidly relieve the symptoms of poisoning,improve the clinical treatment effect and survival rate,it has high clinical application value.
