摘要
前列腺癌动物模型是研究前列腺癌发病机制、肿瘤与宿主关系、肿瘤侵袭及转移机制及评价治疗效果的重要工具。目前前列腺癌动物模型制作方法较多,应用最广泛的是种植性动物模型。本文就前列腺癌种植性动物模型的相关研究做一概述。
The animal model of prostate cancer is an important tool to study the pathogenesis of prostate cancer,the relationship between tumor and host,the mechanism of tumor invasion and metastasis,and evaluate the therapeutic effect.At present,there are many making methods of prostate cancer animal model,the most widely used is transplanted animal model.In this paper,the content of transplanted animal model of prostate cancer are discussed.
