This article, analyzing the theoretical background of reading promotion activities integrating local culture, puts forward the goal and requirements of reading promotion practice of university library integrating local culture, which is in line with the requirements of innovation, fashionable feature and can meet the reading needs of the students. Meanwhile, it constructs a reading promotion mode of ＂Online-Offline-Online＂ with the practice of reading promotion activities integrating the local culture in the library of Jiaying University.
