摘要
介绍了氨法脱硫的反应机理,开发了氨法脱硫工艺包的性能计算,以及物料、能量衡算模型,并运用Pascal语言开发了氨法脱硫工艺包计算程序。与工业案例项目的对比表明了该工艺包具有良好的精确性,能够为氨法脱硫工艺的工业应用提供指导。
This paper introduces the reaction mechanism of ammonia desulphurization, and develops the performance calculation model, mass balance and energy balance model of ammonia desulphurization technology.We developed ammonia desulphurization process calculation model program by using Pascal programming language.Comparison with industrial case shows that the calculation of the process model proves accurate.It will provide a guidance for industrial application of ammonia desulphurization technology.
