循环冲砂罐焊接现状分析及控制

摘要 针对江汉油田试油作业井场施工时,用于污水沉淀净化、水砂分离的循环冲砂罐焊制时出现的底板焊接变形、罐体渗漏等质量缺陷,造成维修返工次数增多等现状进行了分析和探讨,提出相应的冲砂罐焊接质量控制措施,摸索出一套新的操作简单、优质高效的冲砂罐焊接质量控制方法。新的质量控制措施的应用,减少了冲砂罐返工率,降低了生产成本,保证了冲砂罐在井场施工时的使用安全。 In this paper, the quality defects of floor welding, tank leakage and other problems occurred during the welding process of recirculating sand tank used for sewage sedimentation purification and water sand separation in Jianghan oilfield test oil well construction site, And other status quo were analyzed and discussed, and put forward the corresponding quality control measures of the red sand tank welding to explore a new set of simple, high quality and efficiency of the red sand tank welding quality control methods. The application of new quality control measures can reduce the rework rate of the red sand tank, reduce the production cost and ensure the safe use of the red sand tank in the wellsite construction.
