摘要
为了验证JLT系列机械动筛跳汰机筛体驱动机构的疲劳强度设计是否满足要求,采用有限元方法研究了其在一个工作周期内的力学特性,并基于有限元分析结果,研究了筛体驱动机构的疲劳强度。研究结果表明:筛体驱动机构的各零件最大应力幅均没有超过疲劳极限,且安全系数均大于许用安全系数,说明其疲劳强度设计满足要求。
In order to verify whether the driving mechanism of the JLT series jig meets the requirement in fatigue strength design, a study is made of the mechanical characteristics of the driving mechanism in a working circle using finite element method, and then the fatigue strength of the mechanism is calculated based on the result of finite element analysis. As evidenced by study result, the maximum stress to which each part of the driving mechanism is subjected does not exceed its endurance limit with a safety factor greater than the allowable value. It indicates the driving mechanism is up to the requirement in fatigue strength design.
