摘要
介绍了浅槽重介分选机的结构,利用Fluent软件对重介质在槽体内的运动形态进行了模拟。在只加入上升介质的情况下,通过对比槽体内部分选区和槽体入口处的速度大小,得出上升介质在竖直方向上变化的规律;在上升介质和水平介质共同作用的情况下,研究了水平介质在不同入料角度时对槽体内流场的影响,得出水平介质的最佳入料角度。数值模拟结果表明:当水平介质给入角度为40°时,浅槽重介分选机的流场分布较为合理。
Following an introduction to the structure of the shallow-bath heavy medium separator, a simu- lation is made of the pattern of motion of medium in bath using Fluent software. It is intended to bring to light the law governing the variation of upward medium flow in the vertical direction in the case that only upward medium is fed, by comparing the velocity of medium in the separation zone inside the bath with that at the medium inlet. The optimum horizontal medium feeding angle is also made known through a study of the effect on the flow field inside the bath produced by different horizontal medium feeding an- gles, under the combined effect of upward and horizontal medium flow. Result of simulation indicates that when the horizontal medium is fed at an angle of 40°, a more rational distribution of flow field inside the bath can be found.
