摘要
为了解决天宏选煤厂重介矸石灰分偏低的问题,根据现场实际情况,在对无压三产品重介质旋流器可调性结构参数优化的基础上,采用超粗磁铁矿粉作为加重质,对丁组、戊组及庚组原煤进行了探索性分选试验,结果表明:在保证精煤质量的前提下,采用超粗磁铁矿粉比采用标准粒级的磁铁矿粉时矸石灰分提高8~10个百分点,中煤产率提高约2个百分点。
The refuse product of the heavy medium separation system of the washery is found to be rela- tively low in ash. To tackle this problem, and in the light of the specific conditions of the plant, explora- tory experiment is made on the separation of the raw coal of Ding, Wu and Geng groups using the struc- turally optimized gravity-fed 3-product H. M. cyclone with ultracoarse magnetite power as medium solids. Test result shows that under the prerequisite of ensuring the quality of clean coal product, the use of ul- tracoarse magnetite power as dense medium in place of the magnetite power of standard size can lead to a rise of refuse ash by 8 - 10 percentage points and an increase of yield of middling product by 2 percentage points.
