摘要 介绍了智能干选机、传统风选机、干法末煤跳汰机的技术特点,以蒙西流园区选煤厂的设计为对象,在保证产品质量的前提下,初步提出了一套动力煤全粒级干法分选工艺。四种洗选方案的对比表明,全粒级干法选煤工艺可弥补传统干选工艺的局限性,降低投资和生产成本。 The paper starts with an introduction to the technical features of the intelligent dry cleaning machine, traditional pneumatic separator and small coal dry cleaning jig. Then, the unsized power coal dry cleaning process is proposed for the Liuyuanqu Coal Preparation Plant in west Mongolia Autonomous Region. The process is designed under the perquisite of guaranteeing the product quality. As evidenced by the result of comparison of 4 alternative dry cleaning processes, the use of the designed drying cleaning process can make up the limitations of the traditional dry cleaning processes, and result in reduction of initial capital and operating costs.
