摘要
为了实现煤泥浮选过程的强化,基于煤粒与气泡碰撞、煤粒与气泡粘附及煤粒从气泡表面脱落三个子过程,从流体动力学和界面调控两个方面,阐述了难浮煤泥的浮选过程强化技术。针对采用单一浮选过程强化方法的局限性,创新性地提出煤泥浮选流体动力学与界面调控协同强化的新思路。
Following a general study of 3 flotation sub-processes, i. e. particle-bubble collision, particle- bubble attachment and particle-bubble detachment, the paper presents an overview of the technologies available worldwide for intensification of hard-to-float fine coal flotation process based on hydrodynamics and interracial conditioning aspects. In view of the limitations of the effect produced by enhancement of a single process, an innovative idea of making hydrodynamics-interracial conditioning synergistic enhancement is proposed, for effecting fine coal flotation process intensification.
