鼻中隔硅胶夹在鼻中隔矫正术后的应用及其临床效果观察

The clinical value of nasal septum silica gel clip used in nasal septoplasty

目的研究鼻中隔硅胶夹在鼻中隔矫正术中的应用价值及意义。方法对347例鼻中隔矫正术后患者分为填塞膨胀海绵组163例和填塞鼻中隔硅胶夹组184例,分别观察术后反应,并进行评价。结果鼻中隔硅胶夹固定组的患者术后鼻腔通畅,无溢泪及耳鸣,未出现明显并发症。膨胀海绵组患者术后全部或者大部分出现通气障碍、鼻痛、头痛、睡眠差、溢泪、耳鸣、鼻腔黏膜水肿等临床不适症状,并发生了出血、鼻中隔血肿、鼻腔粘连等并发症。结论鼻中隔矫正术后应用鼻中隔硅胶夹填塞效果良好,明显优于对照组。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of nasal septum silica gel clip used as nasal packing materials after nasal septoplasty. Methods A total of 347 cases undergone nasal septoplasty were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups： silica gel group （n=184）, nasal septum silica gel clip was used for nasal packing after surgery; control group （n=184）, high expansion sponge was used for nasal packing after surgery. Postoperative reactions and the incidence of complications were collected. Results No obvious complication was observed in silica gel group, without nasal obstruction, epiphora, and tinnitus. However, patients in the control group had high incidence of nasal obstruction, distending pain, headaches, poor sleep, epiphora, and tinnitus, as well as the complications of epistaxis, septal hematoma,and nasal cavity adhesion. Conclusions Nasal packing with silica gel clip after nasal septoplasty is an effective method for preventing complications and improving postoperative side effects.
