亚专科护理小组模式在耳鼻咽喉科中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的通过在耳鼻咽喉科实施亚专科护理分组,探研亚专科分组模式是否可以提高护士的理论水平、临床工作能力和患者满意度。方法根据科室病种和护士数量,在尊重个人意愿的基础上,根据能级和人数进行调整,分为耳科组、鼻科组和咽喉组三个亚专科护理小组。每个亚专科护理小组定期组织相关的学术活动、专科理论和技术培训;每月进行亚专科护理小组的组内考核,同时参加科室和护理部组织的季度和年度考核。比较亚专科分组前后护士的理论考核成绩、临床工作能力考核成绩及患者满意度的差异。结果通过一年的亚专科护理小组模式的实施,护士的理论水平、临床工作能力均优于实施前,患者满意度也有明显提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚专科护理小组模式符合精准医学的理念和耳鼻咽喉科的特点,是护理专业化发展的需要,值得在耳鼻咽喉科推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of sub-specialty grouping in ENT department on practice skills of nurses and satisfaction of patients. Methods All nurses were divided into otology, rhinology, and pharynx and larynx groups according to disease classification, nurses' number, and ability level, as well as personal willingness. Each group regularly organize relevant academic activities and technical training, and assessed intra-group monthly. All nurses participated in quarterly and annual assessment organized by ENT department and nursing department. The differences of theory, clinical ability and the patients' satisfaction were compared between pre- and post- sub-specialty grouping. Results The theoretical level and clinical ability of all nurses, as well as the patients' satisfaction were improved significantly after sub-specialty grouping (P〈0.05). Conclusion The sub-specialty grouping model which meet the need of professional development of nursing is in line with the concept of precision medicine and the characteristics of the ololaryngology head and neck surgery. And that should be popularize and applied in ENT department.
