摘要
分别采用液-液萃取和固相萃取2种方法对焦化废水进行预处理,采用GC-MS法分析焦化废水中有机物的组成,并对比两者的萃取效率。研究发现:(1)所测焦化废水中含有大量有机物质,其中酚类为主要污染物。(2)C18固相萃取对极性较弱的有机物萃取效率较高,但萃取有机物种类范围小于液-液萃取法;对于液-液萃取效果差的有机酸有很好的萃取效果。因此,C18固相萃取法适合作为液-液萃取法的补充和辅助。
Two pretreatment methods,liquid-liquid extraction(L-LE) and solid phase extraction(SPE),were compared in the determination of coking wastewater samples by GC-MS.Quantitative and qualitative analysis results show that phenolic compounds are the main organic pollutants in wastewater.SPE extracts fewer compounds than L-LE especially in concentrating weak-polar substance and organic acids;it can be an effective assistant technique for L-LE.
